Is Kuna Premium mandatory subscription?

Kuna Premium is entirely optional. Continue to enjoy all free features of your Kuna Powered Device. Upgrade to Kuna Premium for advanced features.

What is the advantage of being billed annually versus monthly?

In order to ensure that their loved ones and investments are protected, most of our customers prefer to subscribe annually. And, because this simplifies our billing operations, we offer a significant 33% discount for annual subscribers. Plus, there’s no extra risk — the unused portion will be refunded if you choose to cancel before the end of the year.

Can I cancel or adjust my subscription if I change my mind?

Absolutely! There are no contracts or hidden fees, so you can cancel, downgrade or upgrade at any time. Your remaining balance will be credited to the card we have on file (based on the number of days left in your billing cycle). Canceling is easy and done right from the app.

How does Kuna store captured events?

Kuna safely stores every captured event in our secure cloud so you can conveniently “go back in time” to review, rewind, and download activity for up to 30-days.

How long will captured events be available?

All Kunas come standard with a 2-hour download and “lookback” window, but on premium subscription plans, you can “go back in time” to access every single event that your Kuna captured for up to 30-days (see plans and pricing).
