To obtain warranty service for any device that is subject to the foregoing Warranty, the original owner must notify Kuna to obtain a replacement and shall return the defective device to the address specified by Kuna Systems or its partners .
This Limited Warranty is offered through our manufacturing partners and applies only to Kuna Powered Devices manufactured by or for Kuna Systems and its partners. These devices must have been purchased through Kuna authorized sales channels AND extends only to the original owner of the device.
Kuna Systems offers an extended 2-year warranty to all active premium subscribers. Customers must have an active subscription at the time of replacement to qualify. All other restrictions still apply.
This warranty does not apply to:
(i) defects or damage caused by misuse, accident (including, without limitation, collision, fire and the spillage of food or liquid), neglect, abuse, alteration, unusual stress, modification, improper or unauthorized repair, installation, testing, or improper storage;
(ii) to damage caused by operating the device outside the permitted or intended uses described by Kuna;
(iii) to damage caused by use with non-Kuna devices.
(iv) Devices used outside of the United States and Canada
(v) Secondary owners
(vi) Devices purchased or obtained outside of Kuna authorized sales channels
- Defective unit(s) must be returned to Kuna within 1-month after replacement is received
- Defective unit(s) will be disabled 2-weeks after replacement unit is issue
